چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارایه یک چارچوب موازنه‌شده مبتنی بر تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها برای رتبه‌بندی واحدهای تصمیم‌گیرنده از طریق تلفیق ارزیابی‌های خوش‌بینانه و بدبینانه کارایی است. این رویکرد محدودیت قدرت تفکیک مدل کلاسیک CCR را که در آن چندین واحد به‌طور هم‌زمان کارا شناخته می‌شوند، برطرف می‌کند.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش از مدل خروجی‌محور CCR برای محاسبه کارایی خوش‌بینانه و بدبینانه هر واحد استفاده شده است. سپس این دو معیار با استفاده از یک میانگین وزنی ترکیب شده و شاخص کارایی موازنه‌شده به‌عنوان مبنای رتبه‌بندی معرفی می‌شود. کارایی روش پیشنهادی با استفاده از یک مطالعه عددی شامل ۲۰ واحد تصمیم‌گیرنده ارزیابی شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شاخص موازنه‌شده نسبت به مدل کلاسیک DEA قدرت تفکیک بیشتری دارد و با در‌نظر‌گرفتن هم‌زمان ظرفیت‌های عملکردی و محدودیت‌های عملیاتی، رتبه‌بندی پایدارتر و واقع‌بینانه‌تری ارایه می‌کند. همچنین مطالعه عددی توانایی روش پیشنهادی را در تمایز میان واحدهای دارای کارایی مشابه نشان می‌دهد.

اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: نوآوری این پژوهش در ارایه یک روش ساده و کارآمد برای ترکیب ارزیابی‌های خوش‌بینانه و بدبینانه در چارچوب مدل CCR است. این روش بدون افزایش پیچیدگی محاسباتی، دقت رتبه‌بندی را بهبود بخشیده و ابزاری مناسب برای ارزیابی عملکرد و تخصیص منابع فراهم می‌آورد.
